Ken Ferris Service Manager Ken joined our team in 1991 and has been the service manager for the last 15 years. He served his apprenticeship here in San Jose with Local 393 and has over 24 years experience in the HVAC industry. Ken provides technical & tactical support to our field service mechanics and provides technical support and system evaluation expertise to our customers and their facilities personnel.
